Denmark-based aerospace, defence and security group Terma and UAE-based Al Maskari Holding have agreed to establish a joint venture, named Terma Middle East LLC, in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The partnership will operate from Terma Middle East LLC’s new offices in Abu Dhabi and serve as the local interface to Terma’s partners, customers, and clients in the UAE.

Terma has had a permanent presence in Abu Dhabi since 2014, with David Adgill Larsen as regional director responsible for Terma’s business activities in the Middle East region.

Over the past two decades, Terma has supplied radar systems, naval C2 suites and airborne solutions to customers in the Middle East region in close collaboration with regional business partners.

Al Maskari Holding (AMH) is the privately owned holding company of the Al Maskari portfolio and controls the family's operating subsidiaries, joint venture companies, strategic partnerships, and private equity.
