SR Technics deepens its relationship with Garuda Indonesia Group. Indeed, as of November 1, 2019, the Swiss MRO service company provides, together with PT Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia (GMF) — MRO subsidiary of the Garuda Indonesia group —, Integrated Component Services (ICS) for Garuda Indonesia’s fleet of Airbus A330neo and A330ceo aircraft. This is the first Airbus A330neo integrated component services contract for SR Technics. “In response to industry trends, component services are an increasingly important part of what we do, and the new ICS contract reveals how our partners have come to trust SR Technics with these services”, said Jean-Marc Lenz, Chief Executive Officer at SR Technics.

The contract covers the management and component maintenance under a flight-hour rate and guarantee flexible availability solutions. Services will be provided by the SR Technics Center of Excellence for component maintenance in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and its operational headquarters in Zurich. The contract also includes on-site support, pool access, logistics and facilitated leasing.
