Spirit Airlines is still hungry for Airbus A320neo. The U.S. airline has just signed a memorandum of understanding for up to 100 additional Airbus A320neo family aircraft. Spirit Airlines has already ordered forty-three A320neo aircraft, including one delivered and 14 leased units. Since the beginning of its activities, the U.S. carrier has been relying on the Airbus A320ceo family with ninety-seven A319/A320/ 321ceo aircraft now all delivered and into service. Once again, Spirit Airlines asked for additional leased aircraft — twenty-four Airbus A319ceos and nine A320ceos.
