Safran Nacelles has decided to strengthen its on-site MRO support capabilities by entering into a long-term agreement with Sabena technics, which brings the expertise of its Go Team mobile worforce.
New projects to come for the Sabena technics’ Go Team. Created a little over five years ago, the Go Team brings together more than 50 qualified and autonomous technicians with EASA Part 145 approval, providing solutions for time-sensitive and aircraft-on-ground (AOG) repairs worldwide. An expertise and a mobility Safran Nacelles has decided to call upon to increase its own on-site intervention network and capability of MRO services called NacelleLifeTM. The reactivity of Sabena technics' team "is fully supported by the know-how of Safran Nacelles as the nacelle OEM, along with our own services capabilities, and our extensive knowledge in developing and implementing support and repairs", said Olivier Savin, Safran Nacelles' Executive Vice President - Customer Support & Services.
