The Chinese authorities are reportedly reactivating their “sleeping”, since more than 25 years, strategic air forces, to conduct second-strike operations in the event of a nuclear conflict. Thanks to the new H-6N heavy bombers and a new generation of ballistic missiles, these operations would soon be able to surpass the strike capabilities of Chinese SSBNs to reach American soil.
