During Heli-Expo 2020, Safran Helicopter Engines announced the signing of a contract with Portuguese Air Force to support Força Aérea Portuguesa’s RTM322-powered EH101 Merlin fleet. The 10-year contract will cover over 38 Rolls-Royce RTM322 engines. This Global Support Package (GSP) agreement, which is part of Safran’s EngineLife Services, includes budget stability, fixed price per engine flying hour and a technical partnership with the OEM.
