Norse Atlantic Airways further expands its European network

The new Norwegian long-haul low-cost carrier will launch a daily service between Rome-Fiumicino and New York-JFK starting June 19.

Norse Atlantic Airways continues to refine its European network. After London, Oslo, Berlin and soon Paris-CDG, the Norwegian airline has just announced the upcoming opening of a new daily service between Rome-Fiumicino and New York-JFK starting June 19. The route will be offered from €239 including tax one way in economy class and €550 including tax one way in premium class.

Rome, fifth European city for Norse 

Rome is thus the fifth European city served by Norse Atlantic Airways since its creation in March 2021. For the record, the Norwegian airline will launch daily service between Paris-CDG and New York-JFK from March 26 (from €219 including tax one-way in economy class and €528 including tax one-way in premium class).

The Norwegian airline has a fleet of 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. They are all equipped with two classes of cabins: an economy class with 282 seats in a 3-3-3 configuration, and 56 seats in premium class configured in eight rows in 2-3-2. Apart from New York-JFK, the airline, founded by CEO and major shareholder Bjørn Tore Larsen, also serves Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando in the United States. It made its inaugural flight on June 14, 2022 between Oslo and New York-JFK.
