MRO: FL Technics acquires the Italian Flash Line Maintenance

FL Technics acquires the Italian company Flash Line Maintenance and adds 15 line stations to its network.

FL Technics expands its European line maintenance network to more than 50 line stations. The MRO service provider has just acquired Flash Line Maintenance S.r.l. The latter thus joins Avia Solutions Group, FL Technics’s parent company, with a client portfolio that includes regional, international, cargo and low-cost airlines such as Volotea, EasyJet, British Airways CityFlyer, Wizzair, ASL Airlines, Air Dolomiti. Indeed, the Italian company provides line maintenance services for narrow- and wide-body aircraft.

FL Technics expands over Europe.

Besides, Flash Line Maintenance operates through 15 line maintenance stations in various airports in Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of FL Technics commented: “This acquisition represents another strategic move by FL Technics into becoming a high-performance line maintenance network located in the globally significant aviation market. So with this new investment, our own line maintenance station network, and the previously acquired Storm Aviation station network, FL Technics is able to significantly strengthen its partnership with existing clients across the continent.”
