The Iranian reconnaissance UAV Mobin was exhibited at the MAKS 2019 Air Show. The aircraft would have begun its operational deployment.
During the 2019 edition of the MAKS Air Show, Teheran sparked quite an interest within the Russian journalists by introducing its stealth reconnaissance drone: the Mobin. While it can be confused with a cruise missile because of its performances, the Mobin should able to carry out 3D cartography and deep shapes reconnaissance missions at a speed of 950 km/h and this during 45 minutes.
According to the Iranian representatives present at the air show, the Mobin would have begun its operational deployment and its performances would be made possible thanks to the local development of an altimetric radar and of the reactor Toloo-4. Besides, the Iranian experts would have especially focused on the stealth capability of the UAV.
The Mobin would be able to operate from 1,700 meters to less than 3 meters of altitude.
