Leonardo and Federico II, University of Naples, Italy, institute the Aerotech Academy, an advanced training course on leading engineering issues, to start in March 2020.
The Italian industrial company specialized in high technologies of the Aerospace, Defense and Security sectors has instituted, together with the University of Naples Federico II, the Aerotech Academy. The course will prepare new international professionals in the engineering sectors of interest to Leonardo. The Aerotech Academy’s didactic 2020 program is divided into three strands (core technologies of aerostructures, industry 4.0 and digitalization, and challenges for new generation aircraft). The educational project is structured over 9 months, from March 2020. The course will be held at the Leonardo plant in Pomigliano d'Arco (Naples), at the Aerotech Campus, part of the nascent Leonardo Labs network designed to strengthen the technological development and competitive growth of the company.
