Gama Aviation's joint venture with the CK Hutchison Group, Gama Aviation Hutchison (Hong Kong) Ltd, has concluded a long-term business jet maintenance co-operation agreement with China Aircraft Services Limited (CASL), the Hong Kong International Airport-based maintenance provider.

Gama Aviation is a global business aviation services specialist based in Farnborough, UK. Its joint venture with Hutchinson Whampoa (China) was set up in January 2015.

The new collaboration agreement brings together Gama Aviation's business jet maintenance expertise and network with CASL's substantial infrastructure and established maintenance base at Hong Kong International Airport.

Under the collaboration agreement, Gama Aviation Hutchison as the General Sales Agent (GSA) will work together with CASL to provide a full range of business jet maintenance services including line, base maintenance and AOG support. These services will be progressively introduced during the course of 2017 to support resident and transitory aircraft at the airport.

The deal with CASL follows the recent announcement of  a long-term special mission contract with the UK National Police Air Service (NPAS) for maintenance and support of the NPAS Vulcanair P68R fleet, and a five-year aerial survey contract with an existing customer.
